Meditation to embrace difficult emotions

This is a mediation that will teach you to take care of your difficult emotions the way most of us are not used to. We are taught by an early age to not show our negative emotions like anger, fear, jealously, rage or greediness. Unfortunately most of us are not taught what to do with these natural feelings and feel that something is wrong with us when negative emotions arise. We then tend to either suppress or explode and hurt or project our feelings onto others. In this meditation, you will learn to stay true to what you are feeling and express your emotions and take care of your true needs like a emotionally mature and loving parent to yourself. Feel free to move your body any way it wants during the meditation.
